Glenna J. Deeley 75, of Camden, NY, passed away on Saturday August 13, 2022 at the Eastern Star Home, Oriskany, NY. She was born November 9, 1946 in Rome, NY a daughter of Glen & Jean Hall Moore and was a 1964 graduate of Camden High School. Glenna worked as a Wire Strander for several years at Camden Wire Co., prior to attending nursing school and receiving her LPN. She medically retired from International Wire Co., in 2008. Glenna always loved to make people laugh. She wrote poetry, loved animals and thought the world of her family and friends.

Surviving are a son, Shawn & Nancy Ellis, Osceola, NY, a daughter, Krystal L. Ellis, Greenville, NC, six grandchildren; Christopher Ellis, Joshua, Bruce and Jenna Wines, Serenity Comins and Daisy Mae Comins, five great grandchildren, Carter, Colton and Connor Ellis, Coady Wines and Olivia Wines, four brothers, Joseph P. Moore, Osceola, NY, Jeffrey & Kathy Moore, Camden, NY, Patrick Moore & Robin Tapia, Rome, NY and Timothy & Sarah Moore, Osceola, NY, very special friends, Melissa & Roland Groff and children; Dylan, Derek, Dawson and Danica along with Patty King and several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Coady Wines 2013, and a son, Scott Comins, 2021.

Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 -7 pm at LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., Camden, NY. Memorial services will begin at 7:00pm at the funeral home, 109 Main Street. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
