Robert Harold Mahle 91, of Camden, NY passed away on March 10, 2022 at his sons’ home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse, NY on September 30, 1930 a son of Harold & Vernetta Osborne Mahle. Robert served in the U.S. Navy from 1948- 1950 as a Seaman on the USS Mindoro. He retired from Pfizer where he worked as an Electrical Engineers for 21 years. Robert enjoyed woodworking and building bird houses for family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Jackie on September 9, 2016. He is survived by his children, Paul Mahle, Robert & Lisa Mahle, Bernard & Janice Mahle, Kim & Loretta Mahle, Diane & Robert Wiediger, Patricia & Stephen Dupont, Douglas & Marjorie Mahle, Karen & Matthew McCargar, Rebecca Golden, Scott Mahle and a step son, Ted Pereria, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Daniel Mahle, a sister, Estella Harvey and a step son, Carey Pereria. Funeral arrangements under the direction of LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., Camden, NY will be private. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care, New Hartford, NY.
